You Are Not Your Emotions!
Last week’s blog was about how we all at times, jail up
ourselves and stay in relationships with people who are more than energy
vampires. In there, you feel so
emotionally weak and mentally drained, yet have no courage to walk away. He/she
is like your personal-blend of an addictive drug that you need to survive-yet
slowly but surely destroy yourself in the process.
Consciously, you are well-aware that you should run for your
life; however, something within you keeps you holding on. You can’t explain it.
It hurts, yet emotionally stings even more, whenever you attempt to stay away
from them. Do you feel me???
As an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Practitioner, I have included a brief video at the end of this article, with a
free EFT session for anyone who feels like they are in a
relationship-jail. The session will
address general root-causes of any emotions that could be promoting one’s
self-jailing attitude.
EFT is a psychologically-charged technique discovered over
five thousand years ago by the Acupuncturists. Just like them, less of needles,
EFT works by one tapping on the same meridian points and self-talking, while
acknowledging whatever emotions are engrossed in the body’s energetic
system-which then magically gets rid of them.
EFT has been known to produce instant results regardless of whether one
believes in the process or not.
In the attached Video, please tap along with me, as you
repeat the statements that I say.
Try it out with enthusiasm. This may be the ticket to your
emotional freedom.
Happy tappy.

Are you emotionally jailed to him/her??
Okay… so you have all these seemingly profound reasons why you are in a relationship with someone you basically hate. You complain about them every single freaking day. Although…. ha ha… you still go back. You can’t let go. You think you love them. In some weird way, they mean the world to you. You do crap together. You quarrel together. You fight together. You dwell in negativity together. Maybe even do illegal drugs together; watch porn and the E-News together. They make you cry…cry so much that you wish your eyes would pop out. And…oh…wait a minute; you seek their approval for everything you do. You think they are your earthly gods. Yet… they are basically your “negativity buddies.” Oh my God…how can you live without them? You are so negative-in such a low vibration; and uncertain about what you really want. You need company in your negative world, without which you won’t survive.
You essentially create all these invalid reasons to stay in a whacky relationship with someone you don’t love-leave alone like.
So…what are you doing in there? Why are you so attached to this person? If you hate them so much because they make you sad, why are you still with them? Uuuh…strange-right? I have been there. I basically spent years in a relationship with someone I wished could break his nose, or lose his mind. I hated him so so so so much for all he had done to hurt me. But….I couldn’t let him go. And…he fed on my insanity. Then…one day, I woke up from my horror-dream and realized that it was time to live again.
Are you in a similar situation??? Why do you think you can’t let go of what you don’t want?
Take time to articulate on this. Next week I will share some more insights and proven solutions of how you can free yourself from that relationship-death-trap.
