When the going gets tough.....

When the going gets tough.....

The famous saying “when the going gets tough, the tough get going,” is no joke.
In these global economic and social turbulent times, only those with a thick skin can survive. With the recession stretching many to a new level of stress, including self discovery, innovation and change, some are just launching their ideas and/or products/services in new markets; markets which are circulated, blocked and/or almost inaccessible.
Regardless of the nature of product/service one is launching, there are quite a few challenges involved. The fact that substitution of these products and/or services is easier than ever before, leaves one wondering whether it is really worth the effort to try and penetrate his/her target market.
I have learnt one thing. Everything begins within you. If you have the profound desire to succeed at what you do, nothing will stop you. You will face the world, competition or whatever else is challenging, with vigor, determination and bliss. This is what I call toughness because no obstacle seems to be big enough to hinder one from trying. Persistence is key. Working with your mental and emotional abilities to have a positive outlook towards life is a profitable element. Back home in Africa, there is a saying that “famers never quit cultivating their land just because there was a storm the previous day.” They wake up the next morning as if nothing happened, and start all over again.
Therefore, regardless of how hard your situation appears to be, or how challenging things are for you at the moment, remember you are the only one who can get going. Kick yourself harder, and stretch yourself more than you ever did. Then you will discover that when the going gets tough, indeed the tough get going.

Take control of your TONGUE

God gave us the free will to use our tongues and tap into sound to create speech. Many times, we speak without thought; only to regret what we said. I don’t care what kind of magician you are, if you say anything, you can never take it back inside yourself. If you are lucky, you might have a chance to apologize or re-phrase your statement to whoever you were speaking to. If you are unlucky, he/she will grab onto whatever you have said and bitterly go away with that. The consequences may not be pretty. Another danger is when you constantly tell yourself garbage.  “I am ugly; am growing old; am broke; am lonely; am dead etc” My dear, trust me you are creating garbage in your life. The bad new news is that words are energetic. Once spoken with conviction and/or repetitively, they rush to the subconscious mind where they lay waiting to create your world. The good news is that the subconscious mind is accommodative. It works like a weighing machine or a see-saw. Between positives and negatives, whatever overweighs the other, takes over.

For the month of February, let’s all attempt to think before we speak, both to others and ourselves. Whenever we open our mouths, let the words that come out of us be positive, inspiring and/or loving.

Wake up every morning, look at yourself in the mirror and confidently tell yourself the following affirmation: “I am beautiful and a perfect creation of God. He dwells within me and creates my world to perfection. I love myself. I am blessed and loved more than all the words, in all the books, in the entire world”. Smile, and let the day embrace you as it does to a sun-ray. Common babe, be the sun in your world; SHINE!!

Break down to Break through and then Break free.

So, there you are entangled in your little world of doubt, worry and anger. Things seem really bad. I mean, really bad. You are exhausted, disgusted. "Why me?" You ask. "Why do I have to go through this gross stuff?" You beat up and wear your mental self out. You are probably witnessing your world crumble bit by bit. You think you are doomed. Little do you know that break downs are like vacuums, specifically facilitated by a universal vibration, to create space for a Break Through - a Break Through from old paradigms and stuff that you no longer need, and this move is engineered by God in order to provide you with a "Break Free." Free from a corrupted perception, free from an old parasitic relationship, free from a stressing job. Free from all the things that have sucked out the best in you.

The good news is that once you change your perception and become more open minded, there is likability for a more pleasurable experience.

For details about how to achieve this incredible mental state, check out my new mystery, humor and inspirational book, Do not Force it, Tap the Good. This book will CHANGE your life. I guarantee you. You can get your copy from either Amazon or Banes and Noble by simply typing in the book title or visit my website at www.tapthegood.com.

Read as you get inspired.
With love from the author.

What is the perceived meaning of the term "BAD"?

"Bad" simply means that, what has manifested is not what was expected. It is that gap between the manifestation and the expectations' stages. This gap determines one's perception of his or her consideration of whether a situation should be considered as bad or good.

The gap is also an individualistic mental activity that is capable of initiating a silent conversation in the mind, with conviction of what should be perceptively concluded.

The key issues here are "mind" and "conviction". One's mind especially when corrupted by the ego will be convinced that a situation is bad and that there is nothing else beyond that experience. So, how and why does the ego corrupt the mind?

Check out my new humor, mystery and inspirational book, DO NOT FORCE IT , TAP THE GOOD to discover more. You can get your autographed copy upon request from  - www.tapthegood.com. To contact me for questions or comments please email me at author@tapthegood.com.
